CNY Appraisal Associates provides appraisal and consulting services. This firm is comprised of a group of professionals specializing in the real estate markets of estate appraisal and consultations, the firm engages in a diversified practice encompassing the valuation of residential, vacant land, residential subdivisions, and special purpose appraisals.Additional expertise is offered to both the public and private sector for litigation matters involving eminent domain proceedings, contractual disputes, bankruptcy, equitable distribution, estate valuations, expert testimony, and relocation appraisals.

Guide
Sales:
Number of homes which were contracted for sale within the submarket.
New Listings:
Number of new listings within the submarket area.
Supply/Demand Ratio:
The relationship between "new listings" and "sales" activity expressed as a percentage ratio. Changes in this ratio can often be an early indicator of a shift in market conditions. A rising ratio is indicative of improving market conditions, while a declining ratio suggests worsening market conditions.
Unsold Inventory Index:
The period of time which is projected to be necessary to sell the present inventory of available homes.
